What was the highlight of Evergreen Suite Hotel

A great place to stop for a night while travelling.

Very clean nice place to stop for a night while you are travelling with a very cool cocktail bar next door and a lovely Japanese restaurant around the corner on the main road.

There was no breakfast, offered and no tea or coffee making facilities in the room itself, but they did have coffee downstairs.

It was a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. It's a good hotel for a short stay, well located in the city.

There were no breakfast/restaurant/bar facilities.

good value for money for overnight stay.

not far from Lumpraya Pier tickets (15 min) and airport (30 min). Hotel room is nice and simple but didn’t feel very clean.

it wasn’t clean. and Staff making noise in hallways with their walki talki, had to wake up early with them been loud.

Great service, poor location7b

Without the pub and restaurant nearby there wasn't a lot within walking distance. Doz is a lovely coffee shop within 3 minutes. Staff were great and very helpful.

No entertainment.

should consider turn on air con in lobby area during summer time / the bed sheet is clean but come with old bloodstain. the hotel should carefully check not to use the one with stain.

Really confortable !

The room is really clean and really confortable. Great value for money! They offer free chiken porridge, tea, coffee, etc in the morning which is great. They also booked a taxi for us for the ferry to the Islands.

We took this hotel for 1 night since we wanted to take the...

We took this hotel for 1 night since we wanted to take the boat the next day to go to Koh Tao. You can easily book your boat tickets at the reception of the hotel. Our rooms were clean and everything was present for what we needed. For this price, the hotel is for sure a good option for a 1-night stay if you want to go to the islands.

New hotel. Very clean. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Complimentary snacks and drinks in the lobby. A very good budget hotel.

Good option in center of town

The location, the staff and cleanliness is great. It is great value for your money. Since the building is new, everything looks clean.

You hear all the noice from the other rooms. When we were staying there was construction going on in the next property.

Good location, about 10 minute walk from the night market.

Good location, about 10 minute walk from the night market. A very nice place when sleeping over after a late flight or before an early one (we were going to and from Koh Samui by a ferry). Staff was very nice, room was clean and spacious.

A breakfast option would be nice, as there aren't any breakfast cafes nearby (at least I haven't found any).

Highly recommend

Amazing! The hotel was in a very good standard, in a convenient location that is close to most of desirable places. Free porridge with chicken and good coffee downstairs for every guest- nice and surprising thing that hadn’t expected. Recommend to everyone.

The staff at the reception- not very communicative in English. They tried to sell us an airport transfer which was 4 times more expensive than the one we reserved by visiting directly phantip office (about 10 minutes walk from the hotel).

Really good value for money.

The employees are really helpful and nice. The room are really convenient for the price is just amazing.

For family trip, it is not so convenient. Hotel cannot provide baby cot. Currently, there is some building construction just next to the hotel ! If you wake early it should be ok.

Perfect for stopover in Surat Thani

This hotel is amazing value for money. It’s situated near the centre of town, where the buses leave for the ferry port. We used it as a stopover en route to Koh Samui. The hotel itself is clean, modern and spacious. The staff are friendly and they offer free chicken rice porridge, coffee, tea and biscuits in the morning. You can easily walk to the riverside for the market/other eating. A good place for a short stay in Surat Thani!

Air conditioning was a little too strong and blowy, even on its lowest setting.

Perfect stay to round off our island holiday

Everything. The location, the clean modern family room. The staff also very friendly and speak English which helped with communication. I made a mistake of staying at a different hotel 5 days earlier. The family told me I made a huge mistake. Evergreen is definitely my go-to hotel the next time I am in the area.
